  1. I have choosen this video because he explains very well how to organize your training routine. He says that you have different variables to organize a training routine, the first one is the selection of exercises, if want to improve your legs you have to do a exercise for your legs and also you don´t have to do one exercise every day but you have to do, for example, four different exercises per day. The second one is the training intensity and effort and he says that you don´t have to do exercises with a lot of repetitions or with a lot of weight. And the last one are the breaks, he says that you have to do a break between each repetition of 2-5 minutes because if you don´t do a break or you do a short break all your work will not be of any use and you will go from doing 10 repetitions to 4.
