MOTIVATION TIPS FOR EXERCISE

  1. I think that sometimes some people want to exercise but they don't find enough motivation.
    I had thought to watch a video referring to that since perseverance is as important as
    Create a workout.
    There are people who have a harder time doing physical exercise and therefore have lower motivation.
    The schedules help me a lot to be constant both to exercise and to
    Any other activity of daily life.
