The reason I've chosen this video over any other is because it not only tells you how to breathe well while running, but also why it's good to do so. The reason why breathing through your nose with your tongue against the roof of your mouth is good is because this way you have more activation in the insular cortex, which is in control of the heart rate, blood pressure, how oxygen is being used and how CO2 is being released. So this way you have a higher performance, making you can run more before you have to stop because you can't breathe.
