Hi, I'm Hugo and I have chosen this video of running technique in which is shown with examples of Kipchoge. I found it interesting to see how Kipchoge, who I find incredible the pace of race that leads to run that fast marathons. The running technique is an important point to improve if you want to increase the performance and sensations when running and this video has seemed to me that explains it well and also with many examples of this runner. The video clearly explains the correct technique and it is divided into parts so you can go directly to the part you want to improve.
I have chosen to comment on this video because, something more important than breathing to be able to have a better performance when running is to have a good motor technique for running. The video talks in detail about the technique used by the person who currently holds the marathon record, in less than two hours. Although I like that he goes into a lot of detail about the perfect running form, there are so many details that need to be done and he takes so long to explain them that I wish he would have done some summary part at the end of the video with the best useful tips.
I choose this video because i think running technique involves everything from the way your feet contact the ground to where you are looking to even the way that you breathe. Although this may not mean that their technique is wrong, there are often areas of improvement each runner can work on to run to the best of their abilities and continue making improvements. They help facilitate change to activate muscle groups at correct times, reduce ground reaction forces and change joint ankles to improve your running economy .
