I think it is a very interesting video and so helpful because at the time you are working on your body and doing excercise you are also improving your running speed and that could ve bery helpful for you in lots of sports, both indivdual sports and team sports. This video is something very useful for people who practise a sport which requires a good speed capacity and they would like to improve it in order to have a better performance and development in that sport they do.

Improoving your running technique and trying to run faster is really good for any sport and what I like the most about the video is that these tips can help everybody becuase it doesn´t matter what sport you play. I think that working out and traying to improove skills like running is really helthy and it is also good for your mental health. Also, these exercices can be done by anyone in the gym, from begginers to advanced sport players.
