Daily routine for flexibility

  1. This video is a daily routine of flexibility. I chose it because it shows simple exercises that anyone is able to do. It goes from the neck, arms, back and then it focusses more on the legs. It not only increases your flexibility, but also is a way to relax and gain mobility. Flexibility is a physical capacity that we can improve easily if we are constant. Spending 15 minutes each day on that kind of exercises would be really beneficial for our body. You can practice it at the same time as the video because it marks the time and the pauses.

    First, thank you very much for uploading this very educational video.

    I have been watching the video for a long time. It is hypnotic how the woman manages to flex so much.
    She has inspired me a lot and has given me a great idea to start a routine to increase my flexibility each day a little more than the day before.

    I think it is a very healthy routine for our body and mind, it seems de-stressing and relaxing. If I can increase my flexibility, even if it's just a few centimetres, I think the video will have helped me a lot.
