  1. I have chosen this video because it explains in a very clear and simple way several exercises to do every day and get more flexibility. I think it's very easy to understand and you don't need any material to make them. Plus they can be done in 5 minutes, which is great, because most people have a lot to do and if the routines were longer they wouldn't do them because they won't have time. I think it's a very healthy thing to do when you wake up in the morning, because it stretches your muscles and fills you with energy to get through your day

I found the video curious because they show many techniques for flexibility that I find very important to do before or after doing any physical activity, the most important thing is to have an exercise routine to be able to have a healthy life: eat healthy, do not use drugs , or alcohol, which is quite dangerous.
    I like that in the video they show different exercises in case you want to start practicing them you can guide yourself in some way easier than starting with nothing
