    In this video a boy explains how you can improve in athletics, especially in this video about speed. At the beginning of the video he explains the basic techniques, such as not stepping with the back foot but using the front foot. Then he explains some simple workouts to increase speed. The first are knees up. The second is feet in the butt. The third run sideways, without crossing each other. The fourth is running backwards. The fifth is to make jumps one after the other and each jump you change legs, that is, run but make jumps.



    The sixth and last of all, is to run lifting one knee higher than the other, using the same leg to the side, and change when you turn around.

    It is a normal video, it is not that it does something very impressive, but it is a good tutorial video, since it teaches you step by step and explanation while doing the activity
