    In this video the man shows you how to extend and make more flexible the 3 principle muscles of the legs, without glutes.

    To extend the quadriceps the man shows the form to perform it with the knee supported in the wall and forcing your lef and quad down reaching the ground,
    For the hamstrings are very similar with the upperbody posing and reching the ground without moving the lower part of the body.
    For the calves are the that hamstrings but reaching the maximum height.
