Because flexibility is something you have to earn, and it's not just a matter of age as they say. If not, you also have to train it. This video shows an exercise routine to improve it. I think it's a pretty complete video and there are all kinds of exercises. Some more complicated and some simpler. I think anyone can do it, regardless of the sport they practice because it benefits everyone. And you can do for example when you get up, like a routine.

    I think that if all the people that would watch this video in real take care of his flexibility it would be different people. why? because the flexibility has a very important factor into our health and its very forgotten and very important

  3. I think that flexibility is one of the most important cuality, that you can improve all the days if you want.
    It brings you stability and you are more healthy.
    You have limits in your body but in this case you can improve it and thats fantastic.
    This video shows how to improve flexibility with only a few minutes in a day.
    I think that is easy and it have complete exercises.
