  2. Hi, I'm Natalia Bravo and I've chosen this video because I think it's very important to learn how to breathe well to run, because if you don't do it you'll get flatus and even more so for people who like to run for many miles, I think it's one of the most essential for run well and don't get tired soon or end up very tired one of the tricks he says in this video is to breathe through the nose but also through the mouth you don't have to open your mouth very much it's just leave it open a little and you take in the air through your mouth and you release it on both sides through the nose and through the mouth for long runs you take air through the nose and release it through the mouth and it has to be very deep so that you get less tired this is another of the tricks that the video tells us

  3. Hello I´m Javier Bravo and I have chosen this video because I think is very interisting to know how to breath if you are running. He says if you have to run a short distance but with your maximun speed you have to breath through your mouth and your nose at the same time. Also if you have to run a long distance you have to take the breath with the nose and expire it through the mouth. Another thing you have to know is that if you are running a race or a marathon, you have to go at your own pace, if you say that your pace is very slowly, don´t worry, you have to train it, and over the time, if you have been training your pace are going to be more quickly.
