  1. Hello I´m Javier Bravo and I have chosen this video because he explains very good how to improve our endurance. He says that we will get the following benefits: 1.improve our cardiovascular and respiratory endurance.
    2.improve our capacity for suffering.
    3.improve our recovery capacity.
    4.stimuli to avoid stagnation.
    A training to get this benefits is a AMRAP of 35min, to do this we have to run 800m, do 20 pull ups, after do 30 push ups and finally do 40 air squats.
    Also to improve our endurance we have to respect the rest times and have a good diet.

Hello I am Hugo Paredes and I have choose this video because this video explains very good how to traing the endurance that is so important this thing to do all the sports because this thing made you to improve the suffering capacity that this made us to assimilate better the suffer, because in all the sports you will suffer and this video explains very well this thing. I thing that we have to do the things of this video if we want to be better in running because he explains exercises that are so good to improve your trains in running.
