HOW TO INCREASE YOUR TOP SPEED

  1. The video Diego has chosen is about speed, and, I have to say, I found it either interesting and, astoundingly, amusing. Although I thought it was maybe a little long, what I like about this video (and those that do the same) is that it doesn’t fall in spirals of complexity, and they try to make the topic they’re talking about easy to understand for everyone. One particularity I liked about this video is that the companion of the author of this video gives the other advice on how to do what he does better and solves problems that anyone could encounter with.

  2. I have chosen this video because it explains very good what is speed and how you measure that speed (in metters per second). They give some examples of fast people, as Kylian Mbappé or Usain Bolt and they explain why they are so fast, what they are doing to reach that speed and why they are faster than their competitors (the defender in Mbappé's situation and the other runners in Bolt's one). Later, they explain step by step two different drills to practice your speed by your own, one to reduce the time between you step and lift the foot and other to also improve your balance.

I found this video so attractive, like my partner says, is very useful to know the tecnic of the running before practising any sport, first of all because running is necessary in many sports, second, if you don't know what can hurt you, and you are not prepare on the subject is very probably that you have problems in your trayectory throught your live.
    At this video we saw a comedy humor part, the video start with a scene of a very famous film, wich is Forrest Gumb, so I think that this attract people to see the video.
    At last and for end my comment, we see a proffesional teacher explaining step by step carrefuly, trying to teach and check that the public of the video is keeping seeing the video and been atencion to it.

I find this video very interesting, as my colleague said, it is very useful to learn running technique before practicing any sport, firstly because in many sports running is required, and secondly, if you don't know how, it hurts you, and you are not prepared. for the topic, and you are likely to have problems throughout your life.
    Finally, to conclude my comment, we see a professional teacher explain carefully step by step, trying to teach and verify that the viewers of the video are still watching it and have been following it.

  5. I have chosen to comment in this video because I think is very important the top speed in order to practice any sport. For example, in football, if you are faster than the opposite player you will probably get the ball before.
    Another good point of this video is the precission of the explanations of how to improve your speed because a lot of people don't know hot to improve the speed and they are loosing a lot of time in the sprints just because they don't know how to run faster.

  6. Of all the videos that my colleagues have posted I have decided to choose this one that deals with speed. The other comment I made was about flexibility and I didn't want it to coincide. I think speed is something fundamental in all sports, and something very difficult to achieve. Since I think it is also necessary to have good reflexes and skills. For example, I have practiced the first exercise in a coaching course, and I think it can be added to any type of sport. Like basketball or soccer. For example in basketball you could do it by dribbling at the same time. The following exercises are variations of the first. I also think that it is something that you have to work on when you are young since it will be easier to acquire than when you are older. For example, strength no.
