I think this article sums up well what endurance is and how can you train it. It’s a simple article, it’s more like a glance through endurance, but I think that’s what makes this article great to start out. It also shows the benefits you can obtain by honing your endurance. But the part I most liked of the article is when it gets into training methods. The exercises the author writes are, yet again, following the trail of its purpose, simple, but concise. But there’s one peculiarity that makes this article shine, at least for me. The author refers to everyday life. It seems there are things we do that unconsciously increase our endurance in a very small amount, but, as the author says, “they add up in a positive way”.
