  1. In this video the person explains how to breath at the time you are running, and this improve the technique.
He explains that the breathing is so important, because if you do it good, helps to the muscles and the endurance, we have to breath efficiently.
The question is, we have to breath into our nose or mouth? Breathing through our mouth, requires keep more oxygen for our muscles.
There is another technique that is breathing into our belly, when we breath in, our belly expands and contract.
The speed of the rhythm of the breathing depends on the speed you are running, if you are running slowly your breathing can be slowly, and you are running faster, you can breathe faster.
    So important to avoid hyperventilation.

  2. Thanks to the work that my classmate Gema has done, I have been able to learn how to keep my best breath while running. It has ever happened to me that while I am training, when I run, I do not breathe well and that forces me to stop because I do not feel well. The work of my classmate has taught me the best techniques to breathe in the correct way and thus not stop training because I suffocate and run out of air. It has helped me a lot and in the future, when I go back to training, when I run I will know what to do to avoid having to stop and keep a good breath.

  4. I chose to comment this video because I wanted to learn which is the best way of breathing. It explains that if it is a slow running you can breathe through your nose because it filters and heats the air. But if it needs a greater effort the best option would be through your mouth in order to obtain more oxygen. He also explains us the different types of breathing for each situation. I am sure it would be helpful for many people, including me, that needs to focus more on their breathing while running, an essential part in order to do our best in fitness exercises.
