  1. I have chosen this video because I find it very interesting how it explains and puts into practice the exercises to improve speed. The truth that helps to understand in an easy way how to put each part of the body correctly, so as not to lose power or speed when running.
    What I think is more important than what the video highlights is the work of the abdomen, because without that you have no stability to run and if you are not balanced you lose a lot of speed.
    I hope you liked the video and it has helped you a lot.
