    Since I have seen this video, I have done many of the exercises and it is very rewarding and entertaining.
    In the video he performs whole body exercises, but I would start from feet to shoulders.
    It would start with Skuads Jumps, Jumping Jacks, Plank Jacks, Mountain Climbers, Straight Legs.
    Here I would take a break ...
    And move to the upper area with Push ups, Up and Down Plank.
    In my opinion with these exercises you work almost all parts of the body in 15-20 minutes.

  2. Mario, I liked so much your video because it can help many people and is so usefull because for exaple, some people don´t want to go out of their houses and with this video can have a good and complete workout.
    Other thing that I liked so much is that this is a low-cost workout because you only need a soft floor to put and you don´t need to spend a lot of money in workout accesories.
    The exercises are very good to improve all parts of the body and I really like your video.

  3. Mario, I like a lot your video because it can help a lot of people and is so usefull because some people don´t want to go to the gym or something like that and in this video you can see a very good body workout to do in your house or in other place like a park.
