  1. Hi! I am Gloria. I think this video provides everything you need to know to practice flexibility and to develop it. I have chosen this video because it seems to me that it explains different exercises in which to develop flexibility for beginners or if you don't have much. Leave all the exercises clear and in detail, understood by all audiences, using different shapes and positions to develop it in different areas as it uses the whole body in parts. I also think they are simple and easy to do. He describes them very well graphically because he demonstrates what he says with his body and does not use very technical language.

  2. Hi Gloria, in my opinion, you had chose a great video. I think that stretches are essencial for doing any type of sport and in this video they are mentioned and that's amazing. I'm not so good at flexibility and this video provide good tips that are explained very clear and also see how the exercise is done helps us to know the position in each case so I believe I will improve in this fitness activity. The language, as you said, is very simple and clear so is easy to understand. Is not a proffesional video and that is also a very positive aspect because is for all types of public. Well done Gloria, I liked it very much.

  3. Hi Gloria I think you have chosen a simple video but it explains everything we can do to improve flexibility. Also as the girl represents it in the video we know all the exact movements we have to do without getting confused about anything. This video especially helps those who do not have much flexibility as this video would classify you as a beginner as you are not very complex. This overcoat could be good for the boys as they have less flexibility than the girls in many cases.
    The best way to plan these exercises is to use a mat and they can be done at home or in the gym.

  4. This is a good video Gloria, explain very well the differents stretching muscles in an easy and simple way. Most of the examples I know about them but for example, the exercises with the chair, are new for me. It’s a good way to stretch the lumbar area and trunk. The other movements, for example, the head, seated stretching, are thing that already know, or take with your hand the part of the toes, or stretch the arms taking the elbow and throw backward or try to touch with your hands (stretched) the toes. I think that is important know these tricks to not pain your body if you do physical exercise. Thanks.
