This video shows different fun ways to do exercise, such as the first of all, in which you throw a handkerchief in the air and the friend has to catch it, or the second one is to play volleyball, which is a good game to have fun and do exercise with friends. The third exercise is to step on some bases and not step on the ground. Another exercise is to do the same thing but jumping into a hoop. The next exercise is like the comb, but with a tube. The next exercise is to try to give your opponents with the balls, and if you give them you have to make a circuit. The next exercise is to try to get the ball in the middle to the opponent's field. Then there are different games of hoops, balls, stability, etc. This are somo activities that are Good for do exercises and improve your health and fitness.

The activities proposed in the video I like a lot in general but the one that I liked the most has been one in which they pass a giant ball, I think it is very fun, I would like to do it. Otherwise I agree with you, this video can encourage people to exercise more and improve their physical form in a different and more entertaining way.
