  1. Hi everyone, I have chosen this video because I think it is very important to use the correct techniques when you are practicing any sport in order to avoid getting injured. This video explains how to run in a correct way to improve your speed, and it explains it in a clear way, making examples of what do you have to do and what not to do.
    I have learned a lot about this video because I realized that I often run in a wrong form and it can be harmful.

  2. Hi Pablo,I like too much the topic you have chosen to present and your video comment.I also agree that it is good, before doing any sport, to know the correct techniques to avoid any type of injury because anyone who doesn´t know the techniques ,could be injured doing a sport.
    Another thing that I really like about the video is that it explains everything quite well, and the examples are very good.
    I think that more people need to watch this video to avoid injuries because is a common problem in sports.

  3. Hi Pablo, this is a great video. I totally agree with you, this video is very useful in order to run correctly, with the correct technique. Using the right technique it will help you to avoid injuries, is very important not to hurt yourself. Also I'm really impress with the explanation. I like the way he explains everything with examples and comparing concepts (he is quite funny), it is easily to understand everything this way. So, now I will try to applicate this to my running and see if I can increase. Thank you so much for this amazing video.
