10 warm-up exercises to do before running

  1. This video shows 10 of the most important warm up before running, in addition to improving flexibility, strength and endurance. I also think that warming up is one of the most important thing to do before running,because if you do it, in the righ way, like the video show , can give you benefits, while not heating up enough or doing it badly can cause you injuries.
    For me the easiest and most comfortable tip is #7 because you don't need tools and you can do it anywhere

  2. Hi Javier! I really liked your video. I think is very usefull and more in my case, because sometimes I go running and i don't know how to strech to make a good warm up and don't have injuries in the run.
    I will use it all the times I go to run.
    I also think this video seems how to strech correctly and without equipment for the people who has not fitness material.
    I never try the #5 step yet. I don't know about that already but because I will practise every time I'm going to run.

  3. Hi Javier! I think the video you have chosen is perfect to get a good warm-up before running. It explains very well all the activities and warm-ups detailing how to put all the parts of the body to do it well. In addition, it uses a very appropriate language and as it is accompanied by videos of a girl representing them, it is perfectly understood what must be done. It has exercises of various types and with them, you can warm the whole body, they are also easy and the instruments that she uses on it are easy to have at home. Also, it puts the repetitions we have to do so that the exercise has the effect we want.
