FITNESS EXERCISES WITHOUT EQUIPMENT

  1. Hello everyone! My name is Hugo Barón and I am going to explain to all of you a list or steps to follow to make a lot of fitness exercises in only 10 minutes.
    I personally prove this steps and it is very cool.

    Most of the first steps are for legs, like PLANK KNEE TWIST or MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS, are really good exercises.

    Later, aprox. the middle of the video you can practise the abdominals, with TOE CROSS OVERS or AB CRUNCH, RUSSIAN TWISTS or ROTATING PUNCH are two of my favourites.

    In my opinion is a really good video to see and the most usefull.

  2. Hi Hugo, I really liked your video, it is about the same theme as mine. Thanks to your video I have seen some exercise that did not contain mine and I have added it into my list.
    These types of exercises seem very entertaining and complete.
    I believe that following a daily routine we can improve our physical form a lot.

  3. Hi Hugo, I like a lot your video, it's really easy to understand, to do the exercises, and also in a very samll period of time ,because everyone have 10 minutes of the day to do some exercise, in also those days were you have exams or you have to do a lot of thing so you can't go to the gym.
    Also the exercises of the video you can do at your home without equipment.
    Also I like the video because everything is explined and is a very Good edited one.
    The last thing I like is the amount and diversity of the exercises, i have learned new ones that im going to use.
