Start with Toe reaches, then with ski hops, mountain climb, pistol squats, bench dips and finally with squat and push. Each exercise is very well explained in the video. Hi Inés, I really like this video, I think this fitness circuit is very simple and effective. I agree with you that the materials which are needed not very difficult to obtain and you can do it at home. Also, I think this circuit is very complete even thought it has only 6 exercises, because you train your legs, your arms and your trunk. Another thing I really appreciate of this video is that he explains each exercise in a short period of time and in a good way, so it is simple to understand it.
