It also shows the diferent components of fitness, strength, endurance, flexibility and speed and it also explains them and the different exercise to improve them. Hey Rebeca ! I think you have choose a good video. In my opinion this is very important , because we use the word of Fitness a lot , but we clearly don't know the what that is mean in real. First , it appears the definition of Fitness , and they told you that the definition can changes depends on the person. They also tell you that is very important for your health , and essential to have a healthy habits. Also they told us , what are the components of fitness and the important of each one , to do fitness correctly you have to improve all the parts of this. Hi Rebeca. I like this video, because explain what is fitness and why is important for our health, the beneficts that we will have if we do phisical activities. Also shows a lot of different activities that we can do for improve our fitness, like canoeing, tennis, running, stretches to improve our flexibility, some activities to improve our strength. Also, doing these activities we can improve some skills, like agility, the balanceof our body, the coordination of our body movements, muscular power, also the reaction time, the speed. And all these skills we have to perform to improve our physical condition and our health that is very important. The most important thing about this is also to clear ourselves, performing exercises that make us rest better
