Hi , I’m Andrea , and I have choose this video because when i saw it , I liked it a lot, and I think this kind of matter in the sport is important, because thanks to it we can improve on endurance. It's true, that putting it into practice it’s harder, never say never. I have take this video , because it is hard to me to improve endurance. In this video you can see the amount of things we have to do to improve on endurance, I think its a important factor when it comes to running or doing a very difficult sport, but it will be the most important. It is clear that practicing a lot and with a lot of effort and training this aim is achieved, but it hard to us and it is very easy to get tired, after practicing this, to feel better it is good to stretch.
