  1. I chose this video because in speed the most important thing is to know how to use the agility. This video show us different exercises to make our feet more agile and can get your maximum speed. All these exercises can be done at home or in a gym but the best thing is to do with a friend, because most of the exercise needs two persons to do.I think that all the exercise are good because I put in practise and are so god, I see the results know. I hope it will help you to gain speed and get your maximum speed.

  2. I think it's a very good video because it explains it very well with the help of examples, and anyone can do it, although it is better with the help of a friend.
