I have decided to comment this video, because first of all the explanation its amazing, there is a women that makes the explanation so quick and not to get bored, maybe it is a short video just to explain the function and structure of a training, and after that, all points that the representer tell us in the video, on the comments there are first many resources to check out useful websites to get more improve on that habit, and on the second part of the comments, there are links to learn and to connect your watch, and recommendation of many ones that people has prove, and they explain if prefer one or onether, and why. So I think that is a very useful and one of the best video that you can saw to get better on the preparation of your training.
I have chosen this video because for people who want to prepare for a race or have even decided to practice a sport that consists of running such as athletics or triathlon... In my opinion, it explains very well how to do a correct training to develop these activities. What has surprised me the most is that they give so much importance to breaks because people usually think that the longer they are doing an activity and the more intensity, as a consequence, it will be a more productive training, but this is not the case. Rest times must be respected as well as activity times, to achieve maximum performance in our training.
I have chosen this video because it shows really well how to plan your week and what to do on those days if you are a beginner or professional runner. She tells you what structure you can follow so for example do your long run on the weekend and on Thursday and Tuesday train hard but with more intensity on Tuesdays workout and on Wednesday recovery day. I really like the way that she explains it because she knows a lot and its really easy to understand her and It has helped me a lot in order to structure better my running planning
