I have decided to choose this video because I find it very interesting how it teaches individual training to someone who is interested in improving in basketball. I find it very interesting that at the beginning of the video he explains that the most important thing is to look for the objective on which you want to focus the training (in order to improve on what is worse for us). And depending on what objective you want to achieve (improve shooting, resistance, defense, personal technique...) the boy teaches different exercises that would help us improve this. It also gives importance to the duration of each exercise, planning the training and most importantly motivation (with all this we will get a good training).
He starts saying that when you want to plan a training first you have to be clear about what you want to focus on (for example in the case of basketball you still want to focus on improving your shot, the pass ...), second the time you are going to dedicate to your training (it should not exceed 90 min), third you have to plan the trainings and it is essential to warm up and stretch in all the trainings. A curious thing that he says is that if the players are strong individually, they will form a strong team too and you have to ask your coach what you can improve and focus on it in your training and that is how you will really notice results.
