  1. In this video he begins talking about the factors that can affect recovery which are: age (the younger the more capacity to recover), sex (women have a little more trouble recovering), experience (the more experience before you recover), preparation (a prepared athlete recovers sooner)...
    The first thing to do is to initiate adaptation (effective stimuli, variety), then ensure adaptation (repetition, continuity), direct the adaptation.
    I have chosen this video because I think that he explains it in a very easy way so everyone can understand it and it is very useful if you are starting to do sport

  2. I think this video is so important and interesting for people that wants to start doing some sports or exercise.
    It said that we must consider the age, sex, experience, preparation, etc.…
    It is so important the part of the adaptation -> initiate, ensure and the direct adaptation.
    This video explains very good the part of the essential things for a training planning, like the factor that can affect, the parts of the adaptation, etc….
    I like it for people that like to start in the world of the sports or gym, it would help them a lot.
