  1. Watching this video has helped me understand and put into practice the best ways and ways to perform my exercises while exercising, correctly. I have also realized the amount of benefits that these training routines can gain. Like eating healthy and low-calorie food, because if not, the routine is useless, since everything you have lost, you later recover by eating unhealthy food. From now on, I know how to do the training routines correctly and thus not hurt myself.
