  2. I have choosen this video, bacause I found it very usefull, not all people has the same capacity, so it's very important to know all one wich is your level to improve and get better and going up trhought the next levels, the first level talks and explain the funtion of a beginner and like we can see on the video, is a very basi physical one, small repeticions, not many time doing it and with very short series. The next one it is fot an improving person with a better condition and we see a more complete exercise with much more long repeticions and fastest one. And the last one is a level much more competitive wich means that are a really strong training witch can't do it a normal person with no experience before.

  3. This video explains how to plan your running. This can help you to have an effective running and not to injure yourself. They explain it for three different levels: new to running, running for fitness, and running to compete.
I really liked that they explain different levels because each person is different, and each one has different abilities and physical condition. In this way each person can adapt the training to themselves.
The video also explains how to do rests and recoveries so that there are no problems with the training. I didn’t know that breaks are so important in running, it has surprised me.
