Training planning for beginners

  1. In this video the man explains us, how to create a training planning for workout.
    2 important factors that we must consider are, our time and our actual exercise routine.
    For beginner, he recommends to workout one day, and to rest the next two days, this we have to do it the 2-3 first weeks.
    Always we must alternate the days of workout, with active rest days.
    Then we can alternate different parts of the body to work, like lower body training and upper body training, and then rest day.
    The training has to include, cardio exercises, strength training exercises, balance, coordination and flexibility exercises.

  2. Thanks to the video of my classmate Gema, I have learned a series of exercises for beginners in different aspects. I am a beginner and this video has taught me the basic exercises to obtain the greatest amount of benefits and to do these exercises in the best possible way so as not to suffer any damage, or worse, an injury to any muscle. Since I have also learned that if you do the exercises wrong, you can suffer a lot of long-term detrimental damage.
