How to build endurance

  1. Hi! My name is Verónica. During this assessment, in physical education we were practicing physical fitness, which involves speed, endurance, strength and flexibility.
    Obviously, all physical capacities are necessary, but I think endurance is the most difficult to get instead the other three ones.
    I have chosen this video about endurance because it is the physical fitness capacity in which I am worse, and this video shows how to improve it.
    Resistance is the basis of every athlete, every athlete should have a good resistance if they want to achieve some good result in their life.
    In conclusion, endurance, is a set of effort, dedication, and constancy.

Your video is so good and interesting, because the guy that is in the video explains really well the exercices of improving the endurance of our body and do well the exercices of the physical education class, the guy told us some different exercices of strenght, like running with the knees in the same position and doing some running routes and dojng some exercices of recover like doing some push ups of sitting up and down in continue progress, this is a video that anyone has to see if he or she wants to improve his or her strenght to get more results in his physical state.
    Veronica this is a wonderfull comment and video that anyone has to see, I hope you will do more interesting comments like this and uploading interesting videos of physiscal education. Bye and good luck.

  3. Hello Verónica!
    I really liked your video since it shows some of the most common mistakes we make when warming up, such as doing static warm-up stretches instead of dynamic movements, which I found very interesting I did not know that the latter was more effective than static stretching.
    I also liked the fact that it shows some exercises, in this case series to improve our resistance.
    I have also found interesting the fact that speed is very important when it comes to resistance work and how alternating both with different exercises and rest periods prevents us from getting fatigued faster than if we just run.
    Regarding the video, I liked the fact that it explains the benefits of each exercise and how we improve the different parts of our body with the different exercises.
    Watching this video I have also learned the importance of abdominal work when training resistance and how running is one of the most important bases in fitness and hence the great importance it has.
