Hi, I'm Lorena and I have chosen that video because I'm interested to know what are the benefits of sport in our mental and physical health, because many people think that the sport is only to have a good shape, but how are we going to see in the video that is not the only positive thing about physical activity. The video explains how the body releasing the adrenaline and increasing the endorphins, that makes us feel relaxed and satisfied. The video else tell that it helps to prevent depression and anxiety, besides, to avoid many physical and neurodegenerative diseases. In my opinion that video is so interested to know how sport can help with your mental health and in your daily activities. I hope you like the video that I have chosen and that you reflect about it.

Hello Lorena, I think it´s a great video since it tells about the benefits of sport for our health, both physical and mental, as you say, most of us think that sport is only to have good body shape, but we were wrong. Thanks to watching this video I have realized that I had a wrong thought about how good it is to do sports for health, to get more relaxed and prevent or avoid depressions, anxieties…, So I liked this you a lot choice when choosing this video.
