  1. Hi I´am Fernando and I upload this video because I think is interesting to improve our endurance, and also because this term we work our endurance in the physical education classes. The video show us some easy tips to improve our endurance instead of the physical condition that anyone has, and this is my explanation about this video. I hope you liked it!!!

  2. Hi Fernando. After watching your post, I decided to go running. I tried the advices and the tips they give in the video. It worked. I was running for one hour and I was not tired. I think it´s a short and clear video which can help all people who want to acquire resistances when running. I only missed that they don´t explain how to breathe properly to don´t get tired up. But in general, I like the video. I recommend it for everybody.

  3. In Fernando's video they explain how to improve physical endurance by running.
    The comfortable rhythm is a rhythm with which you can be during the session without getting tired and it is important to know it.

    To know it, a technique is to talk to someone while we run and see how tired we are by keeping the pace for at least an hour.
    To improve it, you must run at your comfortable pace throughout the session, even though you can combine it with sections at a fast pace.
    To progress you have to run slower for longer.
    In the first session there is no need to pass the comfortable pace even if it seems that you are going slowly, you have to be patient.
    Later you will work on speed.
