Good afternoon, my name is Lara and I have chosen to upload this video to help people like me who do not have much flexibility and want to improve it to pass the exam. I believe that these exercises are quite useful in these times of pandemic for people who are confined since they can be done from home. The good thing about this video is that exercises are quite well explained and it is a short video so it does not require too much time. In conclusion, I hope these video is useful for all those people who have little flexibility and want to improve it.
Hi Lara, I enjoyed too much your video. I think that even if you were less flexible than other people, you have to try to do it until you get it, there are a lot of ways to improve your flexibility. This video is so useful because it shows some exercises 'easy' to some people. Flexibility is one of the skills more important to move with facilities our muscles, and also to be faster. I think that our flexibility is already developed, but you can get some. Although we may lose our flexibility when we get older, I think it is very important to still practicing it and try not to lose it.
Hello Lara, I really liked your video as it explains how to do different stretches to increase our flexibility in a simple way every day. I also liked it since as dice it is a short video for which you only need 10 minutes to improve our flexibility little by little. I also like because it is a video that beginners can also see because they are simple exercises of short duration with which we can begin to be flexible. I found this video very interesting since the exercises are explained very well while doing them, which means that there are no confusion and the exercises are understood very well. Among the ones I liked the most are "Downward dog", in which you start on your hands and knees with your shoulders directly above your wrists and your hips directly above your knees, and your spine in a neutral position. You spread your fingers well, distribute their weight evenly over the knuckles and palms. Then tuck your toes down, lift your knees off the ground, and lift your hips. Finally you gently stretch your legs for thirty seconds. Thanks to this video I have learned how to stretch different in a simple way to increase my flexibility
Hi Lara, this video seemed like a good choice. I agree with you because it is a very good way to encourage other people to improve flexibility, but I think it is necessary not only to pass an exam, but also to be able to have a more flexible body and do certain things and not hurt yourself. But hey, this is just my opinion, otherwise I totally agree with your decision when choosing this video. I believe that with this video many people can be encouraged to improve their flexibility.
