Hi everybody, I wanted to show you this video because I think is very important to stretch your muscles after all types of exercises to avoid injuries, aches, and pains. I like a lot how Chloe Ting explains her exercises, so I decided to show you one of her videos. They have a very clear structure, they are easy exercises, and she explains them step by step so it´s very easy to follow her. In this case she explains a cooldown. Hello Melisa! Thank you for this post, I really enjoyed watching the video. Personally I love this girl Chloe Ting. She uploads easy workout videos with a timer, and adecquate exercises for free and it's very funny to follow if you want to do a short intense workout! Also, I agree it's very important to cooldown once we did our workout, so we can let our muscles rest and relax after pushing them. It's important to avoid injuries. I like the way she explains step by step the correct way to do this exercises and I think it's funny to workout this way too! :)
