The boy of the video explains that all of these exercises are good to our explosive speed, because their train our reflexes and the response of our muscles. With the councils that give us wee can improve our physical condition but also our explosive speed and reflexes, trainning the response of our muscles. One of the most important and positive thing about the video, is that you don't need any equipment to do it. Further, one of my favorite exercise of the video is the jumps squats, because with it you can train all your body, in special, quadriceps, gluteus... That is great¡¡
