1. Put the affected area under water for about 10 minutes. 2. Cover the burn with cling film or a clean plastic bag. 3. For a serious burn call 112.
With this short video made by the British Red Cross we can see a problem that has suddenly happened to us in our house and the way to solve it very clear.
