I decided to put this video because I wanted to focus more on my class work on blood. The first of all this video explains on how to stop a hemorrhage, in the video it explains that in the case that you have an internal hemorrhage you have to go quickly to the doctor, however if you have an external hemorrhage you should use clean clothes. The first you have to knock the person with the head lower than the body, then raise the affected part to reduce the flow of blood. The second cleanse the wound The third one apply a compress on the wound The fourth thing to do is press until the bleeding stops and apply a bandage on top. The fifth if the bleeding singue, that is, not to remove the bandage, grab more gauze or bandages where it is. If it does not stop bleeding, that is, the bleeding continues to go to the doctor. I hope you liked the video, I find it very interesting and if one day this happens you already know what you have to do. Bye
I think that the first aid part of this year is really useful for our lives. In many times you can take part in a situation in were you must to help people with different techniques to prevent other more serious problems. In class this year we have learned and studied different examples and types of situations in which you have to do different actions to help different people. For example, in a football mach someone has burned his skin, you can help him because you know different types of actions to prevent a more serious injury. In my opinion I have learned very useful things and also I have learn what to do in those different situations.
On this assessment we have study first aid, so I consider that this video explains you perfectly how to act when you have an external bleeding, internal bleeding. Bleedings are so common on our daily live because you can make it cooking, playing, working, etc. So we need to know perfectly the different steps of a external bleedign: 1st: As it says the video you have to elevate the injured area higher than the rest of the body. 2nd: Cleen the bleeding with a sterilice gauze. 3rd: Aplicate a compression on the bleeding to reduce and avoid the beed goes out. 4th: If the bleeding doesn't stops you should go for medical assistance. And this if my opinion about first aid and also a brief resume of how to act if you have an external bleeding.
