  1. The video I have chosen is a video that shows exercises to improve your speed, by exercises of skill, speed, reflexes ...
    The speed is a physical capacity that for sports like football, handball, handball, athletics ... etc is fundamental.
    The speed as you can see is not easy to train, it is like everything, each physical capacity is trained in a different way.
    Each person is better in a physical capacity, either because he has more developed that ability, or simply because he trains. To me personally I am better at speed than other physical abilities like resistance or elasticity. Each one is a world and can be given better physical or other capacities but to me the most fundamental I think, and what I consider the basis of physical activity is resistance, as I commented in the video of my partner of class Nuria, without a good resistance will cost you more increase your speed, etc.

  2. Hello Daniel! I decide to coment in your video beacouse I think it is a very interesting them, my coment is about speed too, but I speak about the most important runner of the world, Usain Bolt, and you up a video with you can watch how to train your speed, it is to interesting thing, some of this practice we make during the classes of physical education, and I think Usain Bolt make some of this things. I like to train my speed but it is too hard and you need a lot of willpower and comminment for make this practices usually, beacouse if you leave this kind of train you can´t get better your physical condition. When I have more time for myself, I propose to go run and get physical condiction, when I will make this, I think it is interesting to watch your video other time for practice this tipe of exercise. Thanks for share this video, that can help me in a future… bye!!
