ENDURANCE

  1. Hi, I’m Nuria and I have chosen this video about endurance because I think that endurance is the physical fitness capacity that I develop in the worst way. I have tried to improve my endurance more than one time, but I always give up because I think that is very very difficult for me. To improve your endurance what you have to do is to do the same activity and go increasing the time you are going to be doing it. It can sound easy, but it is not. It is a very important physical capacity allowing us to endure prolonged effort of medium intensity or high-intensity but shorter effort. Obviously, all physical capacities are necessary but I think endurance is the most difficult to get instead of speed, flexibility or strength.

Good afternoon and a happy new year, I am a classmate of nuria .For this second assesment I have decided to comment on the entry that Nuria has made about the physical condition in particular the endurance. I liked the video that has been uploaded because it is a way to learnt to do correctly exercise and be in shape learning easily, outdoors, so it makes us more bearable and fun
    The person who explains this video has chosen exercises that will be very beneficial to our health and talks about our body and of the nervous and muscular human system. This assesment we have learned how important is the warm up when doing any kind of Physical activity, so we do not hurt or strain our muscles more than we should. This video also teaches us to manage the energy to run faster and to go further. To improve the endurance we have to overcome day by day training without forcing much but not be below our possibilities.
    In short, I congratulate Nuria because it seems to me a good video with which I have learned a lot and I hope that my classmates also do it.

  4. Good afternoon Nuria, I just saw your video on endurance, and I thought it was a good idea to be able to comment, because as I have published another topic, I can learn different things.
    I have seen your video and I liked it a lot, this kind of matter in the sport is important, because thanks to it we can improve.
    It's true, that putting it into practice costs more, but good, never say never. I agree with the comment that you have made that it is difficult for you I also see it that way.
    In your video we can see the amount of things they do to improve on endurance, endurance, I think it is a factor when it comes to running or doing a very difficult sport, but it will be the most important.
    It is clear that practicing a lot and with a lot of effort and training is achieved, but it costs and it is very easy to get tired, after practicing this to feel better it is good that we stretch.
    Your video in general I liked it, it is short and that helps to see it better, I hope to put some of it into practice.

  5. Good afternoon Nuria, I found the video you have chosen quite interesting. I agree with your opinion that resistance is the physical capacity that you can improve, easier than elasticity or speed for example. Resistance is the basis of every athlete, every athlete should have a good resistance if you want to achieve some good result in your life or simply, with a good resistance what you get is to endure as doing exercise, and therefore it will cost you less effort doing so .
    Primodial is a good resistance to be able to improve your speed for example, if to improve the speed you do to day 5 sprints, having a good resistance will cost less and equal each day instead of 5 you do 10 sprints because it costs you less.
    The resistance is the basis of the whole sport, for example, a person who has run a race running 70 km can not seem much because he has been training for months, and the same day did not notice that he had more resistance, no the third day also, but when is passing the time our body is going to get accustomed to that exercise, and we every week, or every month, or as we want, we will increase the km, and as we know better physically we will not go costing so much because we are going to acquire a resistance. Same the first day that you went to run did not think you were going to run dirarimente instead of 4 km as when you started, get to run 11 or 12 km and get home much less tired than the first days you went running and did 4 Km..
    Resistance is a set of effort, dedication, and constancy.

  6. Hi Nuria, the video which you have selected is a good video. As you say in your comment the endurance is more easy to improve than other basic physical capacities such us speed or strenthg.
    The video is very well explained, the man explains you all the steps and why you have to do it, and what you especially improve whit each activity.
    The training that the man explains I think is quite good and easy to do the exercises but if you don´t have enouhg muscle or endurance as much as you improve the technique, you don´t improve a lot.
    Also is important know how we have to run, to run better and faster as the video says, if you don´t know how to do it maybe you are forcing your muscles and you don´t get a good result or te result we want to have.
    Is important who to run but is more important form my point of view run and run and run to improve tour resistance.

  7. Hi Nuria,I liked your video very much, I found it interesting and it explains very well the subject, my opinion has chosen very good video.
    From my point of view, I find it very difficult to run that way and have so much resistance and endure a lot of time running, it depends on constancy and effort you can do better or worse but each person depends on limits.
    The training that the man explains I think is quite good and easy to do the exercises but if you don´t have enouhg muscle or endurance as much as you improve the technique, you don´t improve a lot.

  8. Good afternoon nuria, I just saw the video that you have published for this evaluation and I think it is very well.
    The main thing to run is to have a good resistance because otherwise you will not get very far and you will get tired before, in that video teaches you some steps to achieve a good resistance.
    There are also people who lack resistance but have a good speed and on the contrary also there are people who have a lot of resistance but little speed.
    As you say in your entry in the video resistance is one of the easiest things, within what it fits, to exercise in physical education because it is not the same to try to improve the resistance that try to improve the force because it will consist Much more effort although it also spends of people.
