LEARN HOW TO DO CPR

  1. Hello I am Paula Maestro and I have chosen this first aid video, because it is about cardio pulmonary resuscitation or CPR. It is very important to know what should we do if we find ourselves in this case, the video has visual drawings that allow us to understand it, first we must know if the area is safe, then know if the person is conscious and check if he is breathing and immediately if he does not respond we must call the emergency services, after that you have to do series of 30 compressions and 2 rescue breaths and check if that person is already breathing. This video is very short and it is very important to know how to do CPR if we find ourselves in a case like this.

  2. Hi, I'm Nacho Fernández and I'm going to comment on Paula's video on how to learn how to do CPR correctly. I have chosen to comment on this video because it seems to me that in four minutes it explains very well how to act in the event that it may happen to someone close to you. He explains us step by step. First we have to see if the person responds or not and in the event that they do not respond, ask for help from an ambulance. Then we would have to check if he is breathing, with what he tells us in the video, and then carry out the procedure that they explain very well in the book.

    Hi, I’m Lucía González and I have chosen Paula’s video because I think it is a good video to teach us how to do CPR correctly, this is very important because it can save lives and we do not know if we are going to find ourselves in a situation like this. The drawings make it easier for us to understand the process. The first thing we must do is put the person in a safe place and ask something to see if they are conscious, if they do not respond we have to call 112 and they will explain the steps. Then place the head back and see if he breathes. If there’s no pulse, we will place our hands interlocking the fingers in the middle of the person's chest and press fast and hard, every 30 compressions we can do 2 of mouth to mouth. We can't stop until medical help arrives, or the person starts breathing. In public places there is usually a defibrillator that helps us. With the words Dr's ABCD we can remember the steps.

  4. Hi, my name is Carla Martín and I have chosen this video of my partner on how to do CPR correctly.
    I find this video very important because it teaches something essential that we must know for life. This video explains this procedure through drawings, which makes it easier to learn and understand. And it tells very important details that must be followed.
    In addition, at the end of the video, he also explains how to use the AED (automatic emergency defibrillator) which is also vital to know how to use in case we must use it to help someone.

  5. I have chosen this video from my classmate Paula about CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) instead of others because I find very interesting the way she explains the content and the method she uses to make us remember these magic words for how to act in this kind of situation.
    Dr’s ABC standing for:
    - D -> Danger
    - R -> Response
    - S -> Shout for help
    - A -> Airway
    - B -> Breathing
    - C -> Circulation
    This video feels brief as it is entertaining thanks to the full explanation with visual drawings, making it accessible to people of any range of age.
    As it is something that can happen to people around you in anytime of your life, you must make sure to remember the Dr’s ABC and know how to act in this kind of situation, so you can save that person’s life.
