Hi, I'm Rodrigo Mata, 1 BACH student, and I've chosen this video because I think it explains cardiopulmonary resuscitation very well and, in a very short period of time, it first tells you that cardiovascular diseases are the main cause of death in society, then he tells you the previous symptoms of a myocardial infarction, then he shows you the steps of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, first it is checked if the affected person has a pulse or is breathing, if he is not breathing you have to call the emergency services and do the resuscitation that consists of performing central thoracic compressions alternating with ventilations, it also tells you that if you have a defibrillator you should use it according to the instructions, to finish remember that you have to continue doing these maneuvers until the medical services come or until the person recovers.
Hi, I'm Héctor de la Hera, a 1st Bach student at Colegio San Gregorio, I've chosen this video of Rodrigo because it explains step by step how cardiopulmonary resuscitation should be performed on an adult who has difficulties at the time, such as being unconscious , or that directly does not breathe. The best thing about the video and that is why I have chosen it is that it is explained and at the end of each explanation it is done with an example to make it more visible and easy for all users who see the video. It is a very useful video since with these simple actions you can save the life of a person in this situation.
