Hello my name is Hugo Paredes and I am going to comment this video because I think that doing exercises in your house is a very good idea, and you can do more than in the gym and you are in your house. I have choose this video because I think that he explains so good how to do the exercises because in other video don´t explains as good as this. I think that if you are in your house and you don´t want to go out to do sport you must do this to have a good physic condition.
I chose to comment this video because it teaches you several exercises that you can practice on your own, at home and without any equipment. It combines both, cardio and strength. It explains each exercise and you can watch the video while you are practicing it. Those are not difficult exercises so that everyone can do them. I think it is a really complete routine where you exercise your whole body in a very few time, just 10 minutes. Probably we should combine this workout with other ones, but it is a good option to do if you cannot go outside or to the gym.
I think that exercising at home is a great idea and you can do much more than just the gym and at home. I chose this video because I think it explains well how to do the exercise, because other videos don't explain this video well. I think if you're at home and you don't want to go out to exercise, you have to be in good physical condition.
