Hi! I´m Sofía. I had published this video about first aid-cpr (cardiopulmonary resucitation) because in this assesment we have studied and practiced in P.E first aid bases and I think it´s so important to learn de basic concepts about this in the way that if one day you find yourself in an emergency situation, you must know how to act. There are many types of first aid emergencies:burns, wounds, osteoarticular injuries…but I decided to pick one about carpiopulmonary resucitation because in my opinion is easy to learn how to act in this kind of situations and it´s very important to know exactly the steps you must carry out.. So, to sum up, we must learn the basics of first aid because we do not know at what moment are we going to need it and we must know how to act on each occasion. Hello Sofia I really liked your video because it explains in a simple way a serious situation. Also, I have seen that appear the same steps that we have taken this assessment. Something I think is very important in a situation like this is to stay calm in order to act correctly. In addition, it would be very good that all people know how to do CPR, but not everyone knows, so I’m glad to have this knowledge. Although honestly, I hope I never see myself in a situation like this. Bye
