Hi! I'm Hugo, for this blog task, I decided to comment on this video of the Heimlich maneuver. The Heimlich maneuver must be done if someone is choking and he cannot breathe, if the person is coughing or he can breathe you should do this maneuver (because it can cause more damage). In case the person is breathing or coughing you can hit him gently on the back (in the upper back), repeat this movement until the object comes out of the airway of the affected person and that's it. Finally, I think that knowing this kind of information is very important because you can save someone's life, and it is not very complex information.
I have chosen to comment on this video because unlike CPR, this first aid is more common in my opinion, since I think it is easier to choke with something than to stop breathing. The video is very short but it wastes no time explaining it. I thought it was more complicated to do it, but this video has taught me that it is easier than the CPR. It is never bad to know how to react to a situation as dangerous as this one. What I didn't like is that if it doesn't work and you have to do the CPR, she didn’t said that you have to call emergency.
