WORKOUT AT HOME

I have choosen this video because, first of all, it shows exercices for all the parts of our body, so it does a full training, another good point is that it explains typical mistakes that people often make, and that helps to avoid injuries and pain after physical activity. It measures the time for each exercice and tells you when the time is over so that is also great because you know when you have to change to the next one. The women is not real so is programmed to do the movemment exactly as it is. All the training is made up by basic movemments so is suitable for everyone. I personally tried this videos at home in the quarantine and I enjoyed them so much, I'm sure you will like it too!
