The video gives you three tips, that consists on: 1. The Slip step: land your ‘Split step’ a second after your opponent hits the shuttle. Don’t jump on the air, that wastes energy. 2. The push: pushing off the ground with your forefoot will make you faster. 3. The step through: dragging your foot behind you will restore your balance so you can push off again.
