  3. Hi! I am Belén Ruiz, a student from the first year of bachiller in San Gregorio School. I decided to comment Sofía's video because it is about CPR, which is what my group had to present to the class.
I totally agree with her. First aid is really important in our lives, and it should be taught since we are kids.
In the video, the man explains how to perform CPR on adults (it is not the same on adults than on children).
First of all, before starting, you must call emergencies 112 or ask someone to bring an AED.
To perform CPR, you should place one hand on top of the other in the middle of the chest, ad start compressions, which must be 5cm to 6cm deep and a hundred per minute. Afterwards, you may start with the rescue breaths. For this, you have to be sure of opening the airway (tilting the head back), pinching the nose and then, you cover the person's mouth with your lips giving a recue breath in about one second. Give just two rescue breaths.
Continue applying compressions and rescue breaths in series of 30 seconds, until help arrives.
    This is all. Bye.

  4. Hi!!! My name is Maria and I study in San Gregorio school. Sofia is my classmate, so that’s why I decided to post a comment in her video. During this assessment, our physical teacher was talking us about first aid. One of the principal and important methods is CPR. Before having this classes, I didn’t know anything about it.
CPR means a stopped of the heartbeat and breathing. So, this video show us that you fist have to do is call for help, and until it comes, we have to start doing chest compresions. Then, we have to open the airway, and blow into his lungs, before help arrives.
I liked a lot this video because whos you very well how to do it!!! Bye bye.

  5. Hello!! I'm María Fernández, Sofia is my classmate and we both study in senconday school in San Gregorio. I've decided to comment on her video because how to react / act to a cardiac arrest should know everyone.
The last day in physical education class as the subject to learn in this assessment is the first aid, our teacher taught us what steps we should take before a case of cardiac arrest in an adult, which was mainly based on clearing the place where we are so that the person is not at greater risk (if possible); then see if the person breaths and if he/she is conscious, otherwise, call emergency and as soon as you start with chest compressions and making a mouth to mouth to enter the air in his/her lungs.
Basically it's this, I hope you liked the video posted by Sofia, bye!

  6. Hi! My name is Sofía, and I'm studying 1º Bach at San Gregorio School. We have to upload a video about first aid or some games or sports. I choose to talk about firt aid, because I think it's a really important thing in our daily life.
In the video, we can see a man explaining how to do CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resucitation), the first that he say is call for help, and until the emergency come, we have to start with chest compresions, then rescue breaths and to do that we have to open the airway, pinch the nose and seal your lips around their mouth. You have to make this process as many times as necessary until helps arrives.
The man also says that if you are alone, and you doesn't know what to do, there are some mobile apps that helps you to know what to do.
This is all, I hope you like it and learn something about First Aid.
    Bye!!!
